If it’s a single specialty trade you can hire direct for less, do that — we’ll tell you. A coordinator earns its keep on multi-trade jobs and hidden-condition work, not on one simple task.
If the only way to hit your number is a half-fix we won’t put our name on, we’ll tell you — and show you a phased plan or honest alternatives instead of selling you a patch you’ll pay for twice.
If you’ve got the time and it’s a one-trade job, you may not need us at all. The most helpful answer is sometimes “you don’t need us for this.”
If a job is outside what we can coordinate to our standard, we’ll tell you and point you to who can. Taking a job we’d fumble helps nobody.
Tell us what’s going on. If we’re not the right call, we’ll say so — and point you to who is.
